• Pipeline & Leadership: Managed the end-to-end animation workflow, scenes budget and schedules, utilizing dashboards and dailies to ensure on-time delivery.

• Creative Direction: Defined the animation style, authored the technical Animation Guide, and approved 100% of shots to meet client quality benchmarks.

• Technical & Team Management: Provided technical support on rigging and posing, while leading the recruitment, testing, and training of the animation team.

• Achievement: Delivered the complete season on deadline and to spec, maintaining high team morale and retention.
