Pipeline & Leadership: Managed the end-to-end animation workflow, scenes budget and schedules, utilizing dashboards and dailies to ensure on-time delivery.
Creative Direction: Defined the animation style, authored the technical Animation Guide, and approved 100% of shots to meet client quality benchmarks.
Technical & Team Management: Led the recruitment, testing, and training of the animation team, while providing technical support on rigging and posing.
Achievement: Delivered the complete season on deadline and to spec, maintaining high team morale and retention.
Softwares used: Toon Boom Harmony, Syncsketch, Trello, Google Sheets, Google Meet and Discord.
