Description: For the Ping and Roar rebrand, I executed a full production cycle that involved building and testing character rigs, locking the animatic, and delivering the fully animated episode.

  • Fast-Track Pipeline: Established a complete workflow from concept to comp in less than 30 days.

  • Character Redesign & Asset Library: Refined the original designs and built a comprehensive drawing library (hands, mouths, special poses) to maintain on-model consistency.

  • Advanced Rigging: Created flexible Toon Boom rigs.

  • Supervision: Managed the pipeline from Animatic review to Final Animation, providing technical feedback to the team.

  • Delivery: Responsible for final rendering and compositing preparation for post-production.

Softwares used: Toon Boom Harmony / Storyboard pro, Affinity, Davinci Resolve and Syncsketch.
